A simple, hearty slow-cooker dinner that combines tender pork chops with savory stuffing for an easy comfort-food meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix (such as chicken-flavored stuffing)
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker
    • Lightly grease the slow cooker insert or spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Layer the pork chops
    • Arrange the pork chops in a single layer on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Mix the stuffing
    • In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth (or water).
    • Stir until the stuffing is evenly moistened.
  4. Add the soup
    • Spread the condensed cream of chicken soup over the pork chops.
  5. Top with stuffing
    • Spoon the prepared stuffing mixture over the soup-covered pork chops.
  6. Cook

  7. Serve
