Pecan Pie Dump Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 eggs, lightly beaten
– 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
– 1 cup caramel topping
– 1/2 cup salted caramel topping
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 3 cups pecans

Cake Topping:
– 1 box Butter Pecan Cake Mix (or White Cake Mix)
– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9-inch baking pan with baking spray.

2. Pecan Mixture:
– In a large bowl, combine the lightly beaten eggs, brown sugar, salted caramel topping, caramel topping, and melted butter. Mix well.
– Fold in the pecans and stir until evenly combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

3. Cake Topping:
– In another bowl, mix the cake mix and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle the cake mix crumbles evenly over the pecan filling.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F until the top is golden brown. Allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes.

5. Garnish:
– Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed or halved pecans on top. Drizzle with salted caramel topping.
