Ingredients:
• 3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ cups (360ml) warm milk or water
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• 3 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Activate the Yeast: In a bowl, mix warm milk (or water), sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Mix the Dough: Add flour, salt, and oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined—no kneading needed!
3. First Rise: Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
4. Shape & Use: Use the dough for pizza, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, or bread. Shape it as needed, then let it rise again for 30 minutes before baking.
5. Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown. Baking times will vary depending on what you’re making:
◦ Pizza: 15–20 minutes
◦ Dinner Rolls: 18–22 minutes
◦ Bread Loaf: 25–30 minutes
◦ Cinnamon Rolls: 20–25 minutes
