1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized casserole dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, and milk. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend everything until smooth and well-combined.
Add the corn kernels, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top for a cheesy, golden finish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions, if desired.
