Ultimate Mac ‘N’ Cheese-Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 pound ground pork
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup chopped parsley
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 cups cooked macaroni
– 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– Ketchup for topping (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, and Worcestershire sauce until the pasta is well coated.
4. Take half of the meat mixture and form a loaf in the center of a baking dish. Create a well in the center of the loaf to hold the mac and cheese filling.
5. Spoon the mac and cheese mixture into the well, ensuring it’s packed in well.
6. Cover the mac and cheese with the remaining meat mixture, sealing it on all sides.
7. If desired, spread ketchup on top for extra flavor.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
