Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Creamy pasta dish with savory beef in a garlicky Parmesan sauce. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

– 12 ounces rotini pasta
– 1 pound ground beef
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 2 cups milk
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Brown and cook ground beef in a skillet. Drain and set aside.
3. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil or butter until fragrant.
4. Whisk in flour and cook until golden. Slowly add milk while whisking.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
6. Add cooked beef and pasta to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
