Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps

Ingredients
For the Cheese Crisps:
2 cups fresh spinach , chopped
(For vibrant color and added nutrients.)
1 cup cream cheese , softened
(Forms the base of the mixture and adds richness.)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
(Melts beautifully and provides stretchy texture.)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
(Enhances umami and ensures crispiness.)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
(Brings out savory notes.)
½ teaspoon onion powder
(Adds mild onion flavor without bulk.)
½ teaspoon salt
(Balances flavors and enhances overall taste.)

Instructions
Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients
Finely chop the fresh spinach and set aside.
Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
Step 2: Combine All Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese , shredded mozzarella , and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly blended.
Stir in the chopped spinach , garlic powder , onion powder , and salt , ensuring everything is well distributed.
Step 3: Form the Crisps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Scoop small portions of the cheese-spinach mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow room for spreading.
Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
Step 4: Bake Until Golden
Bake the cheese crisps in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes , or until they’re lightly golden brown and crispy around the edges. Rotate the pan halfway through baking for even cooking.
Step 5: Cool and Serve
Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature alongside your favorite dips, soups, or salads.
