Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins

 

Ingredients:
• 6 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• Diced onion
• Diced green bell pepper
• Cooked bacon or ham (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease a muffin tin and add diced onion, green pepper, and bacon to each cup.
3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and bacon.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set and golden on top.
6. Let cool slightly and enjoy!

Tip: You can store them in the fridge and reheat for a quick breakfast!
