Homemade Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients:
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup finely grated carrots
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Then, fold in those finely grated carrots along with the cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Make sure everything is well combined and creamy!
2. Pour this fantastic mixture into your ice cream maker and churn it for about 25 minutes until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
