Cinnamon Sugar Chips

Ingredients:

6 flour tortillas
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
Cut the tortillas into triangles or strips and place them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden. Let them cool before serving.
