Easy Chocolate ganache and caramel sauce recipe

Caramel Sauce

Recipe:

1 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
2. tablespoons butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

In a pan, add butter and let it melts. Add milk and sugar. Mix well till sugar dissolves. Let it boils in low medium heat. Add vanilla and salt. Mix and let it simmer till thickens.

3 Ingredients- Chocolate Ganache using milk

I made this chocolate ganache for cakes, cookies or doughnuts. It’s so easy, just need 3 ingredients.

3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup salted butter
1 cup chocolate chips

In a heat proof bowl, put the chocolate chips and set aside.

Warm the milk in saucepan, add butter. Let it melts and mix well till blended. Pour in a bowl with the chocolate chips. Mixed well. Ready to use warm or you can chill and store in fridge.
