Strawberry cheesecake dump

Ingredients:

  • 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (15.25 oz) box vanilla or yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the Filling: Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Make the Cheesecake Mixture: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the strawberry filling.
  4. Add Cake Mix: Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the top (do not mix).
  5. Drizzle with Butter & Milk: Pour melted butter and milk evenly over the dry cake mix, making sure it soaks in.
  6. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake layer is set.
  7. Garnish & Serve: Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serve warm or chilled!
