Ingredients:

12 Ritz crackers (or your favorite buttery crackers)
6 slices of deli ham, cut into small pieces
6 slices of Swiss cheese, cut into small squares
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional)
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven:
Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Assemble the cracker melts:
Lay the Ritz crackers on a baking sheet. Spread a small amount of Dijon mustard on each cracker (if using). Add a piece of ham on top of each cracker, followed by a square of Swiss cheese.

Bake the melts:
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
