Heavenly No Bake Vanilla Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:


  • 3 cups (680g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (optional, for smoother consistency)

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup (240ml) whipped cream (for decoration)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for sweetened whipped cream)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and  sugaruntil the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch pan to form an even  crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Step 3: Assemble the Cheesecake

  1. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  2. Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for the best texture.

Step 4: Add the Finishing Touch

  1. Before serving, pipe or spread the whipped cream topping over the cheesecake.
  2. Use a fork or spatula to create decorative ridges on the top if desired.
