Ingredients:
For the Crust:

2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake:
2 blocks (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
For the Topping:
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Make the Crust: Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix in the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Place in the freezer while you make the filling.
Make the Cheesecake: Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder together until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Gently fold in the heavy cream and melted chocolate.
Assemble: Pour the cheesecake batter over the Oreo crust. Smooth the top and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Make the Topping: Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Serve: Top the cheesecake with the whipped cream frosting and enjoy!
