Watermelon Tequila Twirl Bites
Ingredients

1 small seedless watermelon

½ cup tequila (silver or blanco works best)

2 tablespoons triple sec (optional for extra citrus flavor)

Juice of 1 lime

1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Lime zest, for garnish

Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Coarse sugar or Tajín (chili-lime seasoning) for rim coating (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Watermelon

Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes or small balls using a melon baller.

Arrange on a tray or in a shallow dish.
2. Make the Tequila Mix

In a bowl, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and honey/agave.

Whisk until smooth.
3. Infuse the Bites

Pour tequila mixture over watermelon pieces.

Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let flavors soak in.
4. Serve

Drain excess liquid (or save for a cocktail).

Skewer bites with cocktail picks.

Sprinkle with lime zest and garnish with mint leaves.

Optional: Roll edges in coarse sugar or Tajín for a sweet-spicy kick.
