Crispy Parmesan Asparagus Sticks
Ingredients:

1 bunch of fresh asparagus (trimmed)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs (beaten)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Olive oil spray or drizzle (optional, for crispiness)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Set up a dredging station:

Plate 1: Flour

Plate 2: Beaten eggs

Plate 3: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Coat the asparagus:

Dredge each asparagus spear in flour, tapping off excess.

Dip in the beaten egg.

Roll in the Parmesan-panko mixture, pressing lightly to coat evenly.

Arrange coated asparagus sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Optionally spray lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through if needed.
