Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles on the baking sheet.
Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
Roll up the dough around the filling, starting from the wider end.
Place the rolled crescents on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once done, allow to cool slightly and dust with extra powdered sugar if desired.
