8 small flour tortillas (taco size)

1 cup pizza sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

24–30 slices pepperoni

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prepare
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Assemble the Tacos

Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.

Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on half of each tortilla.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and arrange 3–4 pepperoni slices on top.

Fold tortillas in half to form tacos.
3. Bake
Place tacos on the baking sheet. Lightly brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan (if using).
Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden and crisp.
4. Garnish and Serve
Top with fresh basil or parsley. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
