Holiday Pecan Pie Dip Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup light corn syrup

½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 large eggs

1 ½ cups chopped pecans (toasted for extra flavor)

Pinch of salt

Optional: 2 tablespoons bourbon for a deeper flavor

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Stir until butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat. Let cool for a few minutes, then whisk in the vanilla, eggs, salt, and bourbon (if using).

Stir in the chopped pecans.

Pour the mixture into a greased small baking dish (an 8×8-inch pan or similar size works well).

Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until the top is set and golden brown.

Let it cool for 10–15 minutes before serving (it will thicken as it cools).

You can make this a day ahead. Reheat gently in the oven at 300°F for 10–15 minutes.
