-
1/4 cup granulated sugar
-
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
-
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
-
1 cup granulated sugar
-
3 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/2 cup sour cream
-
1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup chopped Snickers bars
For the topping:
-
1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars
-
1/2 cup pink M&M’s
-
Optional: chocolate ganache or caramel drizzle
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
-
Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
-
Make the filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
-
Gently fold in the chopped Snickers.
-
Bake: Pour the batter into the cooled crust. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until the center is just slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and crack the oven door open. Let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
-
Remove from oven and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
-
Decorate: Once chilled, top the cheesecake with additional chopped Snickers and pink M&M’s. Drizzle with ganache or caramel if desired.
-
Slice, serve, and enjoy.
