Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Ingredients:

For the bombs:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup diced pickles

  • 1/4 cup finely diced onions

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

For the Big Mac sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons French dressing

  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

  1. Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix together all the Big Mac sauce ingredients. Set aside in the fridge.

  2. Prepare the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain any excess fat. Let it cool slightly.

  3. Assemble the bombs:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

    • In the center of each biscuit, add a spoonful of cooked beef, some cheese, diced onions, and pickles.

    • Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

    • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    • Optional: Brush with a bit of butter or egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  4. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Serve: Let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the Big Mac sauce on the side or drizzled on top.
