1. Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup mango purée

  • 1 tsp mango flavor

  • A few drops of yellow food coloring (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and corn flour. Cook on medium heat until slightly thickened. Let it cool.

  2. In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

  3. Add the cooled milk mixture, mango purée, mango flavor, and food coloring to the whipped cream. Mix gently.

  4. Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions:

  1. Blend bananas, sugar, and milk until smooth.

  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

  3. Fold the banana mixture into the whipped cream.
