Ingredients:
1 can (10¾ oz) cheddar cheese soup
1 can (10¾ oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 lb ground beef
1 bag (9.75 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Optional: diced tomatoes, green chilies
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain.
3. Mix soups and milk in a bowl. Add beef and stir.
4. In a baking dish, layer crushed Doritos, beef mixture, shredded cheese. Repeat.
5. Top with extra cheese and bake 20–25 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Top with chopped tomatoes or jalapeños.
