Moscato Punch
Servings: 8–10
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 1–2 hours
Total Time: ~2 hours (including chilling)
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Moscato wine
- 3 cups ginger ale
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled & sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
- Ice cubes, for serving
Optional Garnish (for extra flair)
- Fresh mint sprigs
- Additional whole berries (blueberries, raspberries)
- Edible flowers
Directions
- Combine the Liquids:
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, pour in the Moscato, ginger ale, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Stir gently to blend. - Add the Fruit:
Toss in the sliced strawberries, orange, and lemon. Give everything a gentle stir so the fruit is evenly distributed. - Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour—up to 2 hours for deeper fruit flavor and a perfectly cold punch. - Serve:
Fill glasses with ice cubes, then ladle or pour the punch over. Make sure each glass gets a few pieces of the macerated fruit! - Garnish & Enjoy:
Top each glass with a sprig of fresh mint or a few extra berries for a pop of color and aroma.
Tips & Variations
- Make it Non-Alcoholic: Swap the Moscato for a non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice or sparkling apple cider.
- Batch-Size Scaling: This recipe scales easily—just keep the 1 : 4 ratio of wine to mixers (e.g., for 2 bottles of Moscato, use 6 cups ginger ale, 2 cups each juice).
- Pre-Slice Ahead: Slice your citrus and hull strawberries the night before, storing them in an airtight container in the fridge to save prep time on party day.
- Flavor Boost: Add a splash of peach schnapps for extra fruitiness, or muddle a few basil leaves with the fruit before chilling for a herby twist.
Enjoy your refreshing Moscato Punch—and here’s to a party that sparkles almost as much as your punch glasses! 🎉🍹
