Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup lump crab meat

¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Worcestershire, Dijon, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and cayenne.

Fold in cheddar, Parmesan, and crab meat. Add green onions if using, then season with salt and black pepper.

Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions or parsley, and serve warm with crackers, chips, or bread. Enjoy!
