Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (plus extra for topping)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for drizzling)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar size).
Mix Base Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add Flavor and Texture:
Fold in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, BBQ sauce, green onions (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden around the edges.
Finish and Serve:
Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and sprinkle with more bacon and green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted baguette slices, or veggie sticks.
