Ingredients:
8 ice cream cones
1 cup crushed strawberry shortcake cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup strawberry jam
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of each cone.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the cones.
Top each cone with a spoonful of strawberry jam and garnish with fresh strawberries.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
