  • 1½ cups (300g) granulated sugar

  • 6 large eggs

  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup (40g) all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: 425°F (220°C). Line a 10-inch springform pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.

  2. Mix Cream Cheese & Sugar: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add Eggs: Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

  4. Add Cream, Salt, Vanilla: Pour in heavy cream, salt, and vanilla; beat until smooth.

  5. Add Flour: Sift in flour and mix until fully incorporated.

  6. Bake: Pour batter into the lined pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until deeply golden brown on top and slightly jiggly in the center.

  7. Cool & Chill: Let cool to room temp, then chill in the fridge for several hours (or overnight) for best texture.
