1. Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3.4 oz instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup French vanilla coffee creamer
- 1 lb strawberries (hulled & sliced)
- 4 mandarin oranges (peeled & sectioned)
- 20 oz can pineapple tidbits (drained)
- 3 kiwis (peeled & sliced)
- 2 mangoes (peeled & chopped)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add dry pudding mix and mix until combined.
- Slowly add the coffee creamer while mixing to create a smooth mixture.
- Fold in all the prepared fruits gently.
- Squeeze lemon juice over bananas before adding to prevent browning.
- Chill before serving.
2. Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3.4 oz instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1/4 cup vanilla coffee creamer
- 2 lbs strawberries (sliced)
- 3 medium bananas (sliced)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add pudding mix and gradually add the creamer while mixing.
- Combine until smooth and creamy.
- Toss bananas in lemon juice.
- Fold strawberries and bananas into the cheesecake mixture.
- Chill before serving.
3. Banana Pudding Cheesecake Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups Nilla wafer cookies (crushed or whole)
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 4 medium bananas (sliced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whip cream cheese, vanilla extract, and pudding mix.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently mix in bananas (tossed in lemon juice), marshmallows, and cookies.
- Chill well before serving.
