Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or your preferred yogurt)
• 1/2 cup coconut water or milk (for extra creaminess)
• 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
• Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:
1. Add the banana, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, and coconut water (or milk) to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more coconut water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you want a sweeter smoothie.
4. Blend again if you added any sweetener.
5. If you like a colder smoothie, throw in a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
