Ingredients
Spirits & Juices:
1 oz Spiced rum
1 oz Peach schnapps
1 oz Coconut rum
2 oz Blue curaçao
1 oz Pineapple juice
Equipment
Shot glass
Cocktail shaker
Basic bar tools
Preparation
Mix:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the spiced rum, peach schnapps, coconut rum, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
Strain:
Strain the mixture into a shot glass.
Finish with Froth:
Remove any remaining froth from the bottom of the shaker, then spoon the froth on top of the shot to create a “hat” reminiscent of Papa Smurf’s iconic cap.
