Morning Slim Down Drink

Ingredients:

• 1 cup warm water

• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (raw and unfiltered)

• 1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)

• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or fresh ginger (grated)

• A pinch of cayenne pepper

• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (optional)

• A few fresh mint leaves (optional for extra freshness)

Instructions:

1. Warm Water: Start by heating one cup of water until it’s warm (but not boiling).

2. Lemon Juice & Apple Cider Vinegar: Add fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to the warm water.

3. Honey: If you like it a little sweeter, stir in a teaspoon of honey. This also adds a bit of natural energy.

4. Spices: Add ground ginger (or fresh grated ginger) and a pinch of cayenne pepper. For an added anti-inflammatory boost, you can also include turmeric.

5. Mint Leaves: If you want a fresh flavor, add a few crushed mint leaves. Stir everything together.

6. Drink Immediately: Drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.
