Banana Peach Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe banana 🍌

• 1 ripe peach (or 1/2 cup of frozen peaches) 🍑

• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or your preferred yogurt)

• 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, like almond or oat milk)

• 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

• Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the fruits: Peel the banana and slice it. If using a fresh peach, pit and slice it as well.

2. Blend: Add the banana, peach, yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Adjust texture: If you’d like a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes or a bit more yogurt. For a thinner consistency, add more milk.

4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy!
