Ranch Chex Mix Snack

Ingredients
3 cups (90g) Rice Chex cereal
3 cups (90g) Corn Chex cereal
2 cups (60g) mini pretzels
1 cup (150g) mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews, peanuts)
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried dill (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, mini pretzels, and mixed nuts. Toss gently to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Prepare the Seasoning: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill (if using).

Coat the Mix: Drizzle the seasoning mixture over the dry ingredients. Use a spatula or your hands to gently toss everything until the cereal, pretzels, and nuts are evenly coated.

Bake to Crispy Perfection: Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.

Cool and Serve: Remove the Chex mix from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container or serve immediately.
