Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 large eggs
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches or similar size).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
Stir in the cottage cheese, mixing until smooth.
Add the oats, cinnamon, and fresh blueberries, and stir until evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
