Ingredients:
1¼ cups all-purpose flour.
¼ tsp baking powder.
¼ tsp baking soda.

1 large egg.

¼ cup strawberry gelatin powder (or freeze-dried strawberry powder).
½ cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies.

2 tbsp melted butter.
¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted (for drizzle).

1. Turn on the oven to 350°F (175°C) and cover a baking tray with parchment.
2. In a medium dish, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, blend softened butter with sugar until airy.
4. Put in the egg and vanilla, mixing thoroughly, and then integrate the strawberry powder.
5. Slowly mix the dry mixture into the wet blend until barely combined.
