Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps

These Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring juicy, seasoned shrimp wrapped in a soft tortilla with crisp romaine, creamy dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for a light yet satisfying meal!

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup croutons, crushed (for extra crunch)
Optional: Cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, or crispy bacon

Instructions:

Step 1: Marinate & Grill the Shrimp

In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
Step 2: Assemble the Wraps

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
Layer with chopped romaine, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.
Add any extras like sliced tomatoes, avocado, or crispy bacon for extra flavor.
Step 3: Wrap & Serve

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap.
