Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup croutons, crushed (for extra crunch)
Optional: Cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, or crispy bacon
Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate & Grill the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
