Ingredients:
2 lobster tails (5–6 oz each)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the lobster tail shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat upward through the slit, leaving the base attached, and rest it on top of the shell for an elegant presentation.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
Bake for 8–12 minutes, depending on the size of the tails, or until the meat is opaque and tender.
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over them.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for an added burst of freshness.
