Ingredients:
12 oz package of kielbasa
16 oz box of pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp tomato paste
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp each of Italian seasoning and garlic powder
½ tsp salt and pepper
Dried parsley
Directions:
Prep Kielbasa Pasta:
Gather all ingredients and slice kielbasa into small rounds.
Measure out seasonings and shred Parmesan cheese if using a block.
Cook Sausage:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown sliced kielbasa until golden.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Prepare Sauce:
Add butter to the skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, heavy cream, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Cook pasta according to box directions.
Drain cooked pasta and combine with the sauce, ensuring it is well coated.
Serve Pasta:
Add the browned sausage to the pasta and serve.
Garnish with more Parmesan cheese and dried parsley if desired.
