DELICIOUS PINEAPPLE CHEESEBALL

Ingredients:

• 1 (8 oz) package cream  cheese, softened

• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained well

• 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

• 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 cup chopped pecans (for coating)

Instructions:

1. Mix the Cheeseball Base:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, green bell pepper, green onions, and garlic powder.

2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.

2. Shape the Cheeseball:

1. Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap.

2. Shape it into a ball using the wrap, twisting the ends to secure it tightly.

3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

3. Coat with Pecans:

1. Spread the chopped pecans on a plate or flat surface.

2. Unwrap the chilled cheeseball and roll it in the pecans, pressing gently to coat the surface evenly.

4. Serve:

• Place the cheeseball on a serving platter and pair it with crackers, pita chips, or veggie sticks.

Tips:

• For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños.

• Substitute pecans with crushed almonds, walnuts, or even shredded coconut for a different twist.

• Make it ahead of time for convenience—the flavors get even better as it chills!
