Ingredients:
2 (11 oz each) packages milk chocolate chips
1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
24 oz dark chocolate melting wafers

Melt the Chocolate Chips:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the milk chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir and continue to heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted. Allow the melted chocolate to cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
Prepare the Baking Dish:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Make the Cool Whip Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, gently fold the room-temperature melted chocolate into the thawed Cool Whip. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a rubber spatula.
Freeze and Cut:
Place the baking dish in the freezer for 30 minutes. Once set, remove the dish and cut the mixture into 36 squares. Transfer the squares onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
Coat with Dark Chocolate:
Melt the dark chocolate wafers according to the package instructions. Remove the squares from the freezer and dip each one into the melted dark chocolate, using a fork to coat evenly.
Harden and Store:
Place the coated squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow them to harden. Store the candies in the freezer until ready to serve.
