Seafoods Garlic Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

3 sticks unsalted butter
3 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tbsp lemon pepper
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:

Melt Butter:

In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Cook Garlic and Onion:

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and diced onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add Spices:

Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and oregano. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Add Bouillon:

Add the chicken bouillon cube and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Simmer:

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Season and Serve:

Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over your favorite seafood boil or serve it as a dipping sauce.
